Initial in-depth consult

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Dulawan will read and study your patient intake questionnaire. During this appointment she will go in-depth to map out your health journey into a Timeline Form and a Matrix Form. Together, you will discover how various factors in your life history may have contributed to your current issues that you are presenting with and seeking answers for.
First follow-up consult
60 mins | $350

Follow up of all pathology and investigations requested at the initial consultation. Typically within 4-weeks of initial consult,this 1-hour consult is used to discuss pathology results and tailor a personalised management plan. This is done in-person only.
Subsequent follow-up consult
15 mins - 30 minutes | Bulk billed
Follow up and check-in on your progress with the current treatment plan. Dr. Dulawan will work with you to address any issues with your treatment plan and adjust accordingly.
